Aesthetics Form Design

Master project 2023

‘Earth Bound, It is’ presents a new perspective in contextualizing what is perceived. The object challenges the understanding that we expect, and the viewer is invited to be met by the object’s own materiality. The project emphasizes the tactility of objects, as the entire expression in the installation depends upon the unpredictability of the material in the shaping process. The project is an experiment on exploring other ways of perceiving objects and make a space to create an aesthetic experience happen.

The object defines itself, hence, it is.

Work 2020-2023

Ceramic Design, different projects and on going master project. Conceptual design and artistic and aesthetic material research has been my focus on my master. Specially the tactility of surfaces and its form language.

Bachelor project 2019

A project about making space in small apartments. A children bed from 0-2 years that fits into an IKEA PAX-closet, for saving space in small Copenhagen apartments. It functions by pulling it out, legs will come down and the lamels click together, after use it can be pushed back into the closet and thereby save the space in front of the closet.

Work 2018

Project for school for special needs, for gym sessions to motivate them being together about a learning experience, also to make better motor skills. This is a huge balance board that is inflatable, which makes it easier for the children to play and navigate, also to be together in difficult situations like balancing. It also helps the children calm down by flipping it around where there is a huge pillow that forms around the body.

Collaboration with Louis Poulsen, 'a foldable lamp'. This project was a collaboration with Louis Poulsen, where I chose to work with materials and their opportunities in different ways.

I made the lamp out of organic wool that I made to felt and matrix textile to make a cosy lighting.

Packaging design

This project was a collaboration with the restaurant Geist and the owner Bo bech, where we made a packaging to a treat after a meal. This is a packaging made out of one piece of paper, for a used avocado stone from the restaurant. Collaboration with other students.

Work 2017

Nudging project. 'Get people to lift their eyes'. More than 200 ballons were hung up in a street in Copenhagen, to get people to look up at each other when passing each other. (Collaboration with another student)

Mysyphobia suit. Metal

This was a critical design project debating the issues about anxiety in a culture of perfection. I made the mysophobia suit to express the space that most

people need in their daily life. The suit is build up in Rhino and made in real life of metal bars which I welded together, with a band of bended metal in the middle and two at the bottom.
